Cancellation Notice.
Version and effective date: 11 August 2026
This notice applies where you are a Consumer and the service contract is made at a distance—such as online or by telephone—or away from Atlas Blinds Ltd’s business premises. It does not apply to a Trade Client acting for business purposes.
Cancellation period
You have the right to cancel an eligible service contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day the contract is made.
To exercise the right, tell Atlas Blinds Ltd clearly that you wish to cancel. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. It is enough to send your decision before the cancellation period expires.
How to notify Atlas
For a clear record, email is recommended. Include your name, project address, quotation or order reference and the date of the contract.
What happens after cancellation
Atlas will reimburse payments received for the cancelled service without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision, using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed and without charging a fee.
If you separately and expressly asked Atlas to begin the service during the cancellation period, you must pay a proportionate amount for services supplied up to the time you told Atlas to cancel. If the service has been fully performed after your express request and acknowledgment, the right to cancel may have ended.
Agreeing to the website Terms & Conditions does not itself ask Atlas to start early and does not waive this right.
